On the following pages I would like to give an overview of my services. These are mainly in the field of surface engineering systems along with all peripheral equipment and processes.
This includes consultation on the ways to increase the energy efficiency of paint-shops and other industrial plants. This includes the actual condition analysis, process analysis and identifying of potential energy savings including the calculation of profitability. A big step in the increase in efficiency is possible through demand management process using a suitable automation.
Another key point of my services is the simulation and virtual commissioning of material handling equipment and other mechatronic systems. By using these tools, the commissioning phase for new plants or the stationary phase on modifications can be reduced.
